idol 3 5.5 bt - message says additional settings

, I received a message after pairing my new idol 3 with my toyota rav 4 bluetooth . It says there are additional advanced settings available and to re-pair the phone. should I re-pair from phone or from car bt, and is there anything special I need to do when re-pairing?
