LG V10 "Screen Overlay detected"

Since the new system update, I keep getting a warning saying "screen overlay detected" and then it wants me to go through every app and turn the "draw over app" settings on or off for every app on my phone. I have no idea what apps should be on or off, nor do I know why the heck I keep getting this weird warning. Anyone else?
