Replacement Note7 overheat

Got the replacement on Sep 21
Today, Sep 25, my note 7 got uncomfortably warm, it can be felt both on the back through the synthetic leather cover (wallet case) and on the front, but mostly on the back.
Turned the phone off for at least 5 minutes, then turned it back on, within a minute it gets warm again, and in about 4-5 min. it gets warmer to the point it just uncomfortable to hold.
