should I upgrade Marshmallow 6 to Marshmallow 6.0.1 ?

presently, my phone is running out of memory , it has 200 mb free memory. and I have pending OTA of Marshmallow 6.0.1 with 75 mb. The reason I haven't updated is low memory since 200 mb left to be use used and there is a warning with red indicator of low memory

presently I have no problem on marshmallow 6 ,so should I upgrade to 6.0.1 for apparently no reason?
