Problems with Moto G4 Plus After Update

Hello! I was prompted to do an update today, after waiting 30 minutes my phone restarted and it could no longer find my SD card (which had been formatted as internal storage), and therefor most of my apps were gone. I reinserted, which is being found now, but the app are still gone. Any advice?
