What's the best phone that I could buy at the moment for around $400?

My current phone, the Nokia Lumia 520, has been having a lot of problems lately and I've been looking to buy a new phone for quite awhile now. Some current options I have are the Moto X Pure, OnePlus 2, LG G4, and the Sony Xperia Z3+. Which one would be the best option? If you guys have any better options please list them.
