"Unfortunately, settings has stopped working." problem after using root deleting app.

So after I downloaded and used "Uninstall" from the play store, I deleted some completely random apps from my phone, turns out this has stopped the settings from working. This has been like it for about 2-3 months now and it's really starting to bug me. Is there any way I can fix this?
