Should I wait it out or purchase a Note 4?

I traded an iPhone 6s for a Note 3 with T-Mobile without any money down. Anyways, I want to upgrade to Marshmallow when it comes out. From what I been reading, the Note 3 will be be included in the upgrade. So, I am thinking about going with a Note 4 while I have the money to do so.
