Moto X Powerbank Problem

Hello please help,
I am Using Ambrane Powerbank and it does not charg my moto X properly...
It always stops after acharging 5%..15%..25% and so.. But it charges other android device like my old Sony Live with Walkman Properly...
Why is it..
