Moto G soft bricked - trying to hard/factory reset phone without recovery mode

I have a Moto G XT1032. I have a custom rom and twrp recovery.

Recently, I soft bricked my phone worse than ever before (yes it has happened once before).

I don't have USB debugging on so i can't reset manually. Also, factory reset from fastboot won't work (stuck on bootloader),

I tried to boot recovery mode but i get stuck on the loading screen for TWRP. The only thing that is in my favour is that USB debugging is on even though my recovery isn't loading up. I'm not 100% sure on what...
