Moto - E problems

I am using Moto - E since 1 year. Recently i have experienced a problem that some of the contacts gets deleted randomly. I didnt know how to rectify the problem. Also the WiFi symbol in the mobile was also not appearing since last month.Kindly help if anyone of you have shared the same problems.
