Machines at war 3 for android

Hi guys i play machines of war 3 for android im on mission 7 of the campaign called time crunch it asks you to build a lab asap. I have done this but as soon as i reach 9 mins and 45 seconds all i keep getting is mission failed dont know what else to try to complete this mission. If anyone has done this please help thanks guys.
