Laggy video camera

Hello,
If I move my phone while recording video there is a noticeable delay, meaning I can move my phone faster then the image can keep up. I was trying to flim my dog run in the yard and the lag was so bad I couldn't flim it. Is there any fix to this? I never had this issue with my iPhone.
