HTC One M8 stuck in bootloop

Hi Everyone

I recently Factory reset my HTC One M8 and now when I power on it hangs on the logo screen. I cant power the phone off unless I do a hard reset using vol+ and power. Sometimes after this process the phone loads past the logo screen to android is starting, optimizing app. After optimizing apps it hangs on android is starting, starting apps. Again cant power off unless a hard reset is performed.

Cant get the phone to boot in bootloader either. I'm stuck with what to do so any...
