Help

Hey guys I'm having a problem here with my lg Nexus 5 the problem that my soft keys and the quick menu aren't working and no notification showing not receiving emails the back soft key is the only working key of them the brightness is randomly increasing and decreasing how can I fix it and if you had been on the same line as me for a while stay and look for answers with me if any information about the problem I will be thankful
