advise needed on new tablet

hi ladies and gentlemen .
i have a question and i just knew that this is the place i needed to be to get the answer i need .
my question is this .
what are some good 9.5 inch (or higher) phablets / tablets below $300 with good battery life and / or fast charging .
also i will need it to support a 3G simcard that will work in australia .
i would be happy with a good chinese brand tablet as long as it is quality in the things that matter like battery life or charging speed plus things like...
