HELP! Phone connected but not charging!

Yesterday I was trying to charge my phone but literally wasn't charging, it doesn't even show the "charging battery" icon, it still was in 1% and in energy saving mode.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6

Also when my phone was out of charge I tried to change the charger, the plug or even trying via USB and always happened the same:
I can see the charging image popping up, the one which has the battery with a spark, but when it tries to begin charging and start showing percentage it doesn't...
