Wifi and Bluetooth no longer working

My v10 has been experiencing problems where it is unable to connect to wifi for more than 30 seconds or not at all. At other times, wifi refuses to turn on or will turn off by itself. I have already tried running virus scans, using the wifi-fixer app, rebooting both my phone and the network, and checking power saving settings.
The device's Bluetooth connection has been experiencing similar problems, but it is less of a priority to me right now.
