transfer app current state,progress,saved builds atc' from android to android

hy
i got a new android and with it a big dilemma if to use it...
im looking for some time for an app that will transfer not only the app itself (as i can easily find them on google play) but their content too with no success!
the variety of my apps include games like cut the rope/greedy spiders/yaniv/toydefence and other musician app that i have built and saved special lessons/musical arrangements and when trying some of the backup app they dont save the current state,progress,saved builds...
