Samsung Tab E - Problem using Pop-up View

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab E and I'm having a problem trying to get the Pop-up View feature to work. FYI, the model number on the rear of my tablet is SM-T560NU. It has a 9.6" screen, 16GB of storage and 1.5 GB RAM.

On page 34 of my User Manual it discusses the Pop-up view feature. This feature is used to run one app in a small window within another app's Window. But I can't get it to work and would like to ask if anyone might know what I'm doing wrong or how to get it to work....
