Oneplus 3 A3000 Declaration of Conformity

Hi everyone,
I've ordered a oneplus 3 A3000, but they are asking for a declaration of conformity CE to let it in, I asked the person shipping it and oneplus support, but no one gave me an answer,and i can't find it anywhere, it contains the standards that are used in the phone, such as safety and radio frequencies.
If someone know where i can find one please help, it's really urgent.
