Hello I'm looking for a dual SIM expert

What Dual SIM phones (Brand & Model) support 3G or higher on both SIM's simultaneously? What I am finding is one SIM will support 4G etc. then the second SIM is limited to 2G. Yes and at a good price if that's even possible. The networks I use are AT&T and Metro PCS (T-Mobile). Please remember what I'm interested in is simultaneous usage. Thanks
