Giveaway prize doesn't work

Hi
I received prize i won at 24 hours 24 prizes last week (first time i won anything), I opened box and turned on Nexus 9 (the prize) and then after half hour screen flickers and freezes. I reset it and screen flicker again and gets some weird distortions (like lines or boxes across entire screen after it gets to android logo) and freezes i reset it several more times with same results and then it stopped responding at all (can't turned it on or reset it). So my question is can you help me...
