apps connectivity issue

Hi i recently have this phone, after using three weeks the google related apps (play store,you tube,google etc.)showing no internet connection while chrome & other working fine.It is interesting that sometimes these apps working fine for short periods. Most of the time you tube recovers but play store won't. Restarting or resetting made no change while resetting i experience Boot loop also.
please help me to fix this.
