AI and machine learning programming in an android application

I'm going to develop a medical diagnosis application using android, which lets the user to enter his/her symptoms and the application gives the names of the possible diseases.
but when I searched it appeared that I have to use some kind of AI and machine learning stuff .
I don't know how to start this whole thing , is there any approach to start ?
does android studio support this kind of libraries ?
