Is it safe to send an appeal to google play store

Google play store has suspended my app and mentioned the reason - it violates the impersonation policy.

Despite following the rules of impersonation policy, why has my app got suspended.

I have a query, is it safe to send an appeal to google play store, will my google play account be terminated?
