Looking for a good budget smartphone, please help!

Hi guys, so I'm switching to Android soon after using Windows Phone (8, 8.1 and 10) for over 2 years. I want to try something new right now so I'm looking for a good, budget smartphone. As long as it's not a Samsung.

Things I need;

- Good camera
- Big screen
- Good battery
- Nice UI (something like MiUI7, I love that.)
- Fingerprintsensor (I know it's not something common but I really need one...)
