USSD dialing problem

Hi everyone

I'm having a problem dialing USSD codes from my Note 4 which I purchased in Korea (using the phone outside of Korea at the moment, if this is an issue). I get the "USSD Code Running" message for a couple of minutes before an error message "Undefined additional service" flashes on the screen. I've tried the SIM with another phone and that works fine.

I've read that there were problems with dialing USSD codes with older Galaxy variants but not the Note 4. Has anyone else...
