My phone doesn't want to start!

So I had this LG V10 for about 8 months now, and this is the first time that this problem has happened to me and I don't think that it ever happened to anyone with V10.
This is exactly that happened! I was outside getting some stuff, and when I got home, I placed my phone on the counter to charge it, as soon as I plugged it in the charger it just rebooted and got into an endless booting loop! So I read online that if that happened to a device, you just hard factory rest it (Which I did) and...
