Galaxy S8 deffect - GPS issue

Hi All,

I just switched from an iphone to a galaxy S8 thinking it would be simply amazing, because lets be honest the screen is beautiful... until I realized my s8 have a defect, and now start the nightmare.

Customer Information
-Phone purchased in Thailand on 18/05/2017
-I leave in Thailand, so it should not be an issue.

Issue description
-Phone can't receive GPS signal
-Navigation with Google map or any other app is not precise (phone suing only cellular data)
-Cannot use the phone...
