The system's app all craching at the startup and keep restart

Hey, I have Galaxy tab 10.1 (tab4), before days I left it charging and return all systems's apps crashing and giving this massgae (unfortunitly.prossess.....) including touch app , and it keep restarting like in a loop ....

what i did to fix this proplem ,
- i format it from recovery mood and wiped partion cashed
- update frimware using kies
- update frimware using odin i think it is called flashing

and the same proplem come again on the first boot after doing that, it is important to...
