Help! My 6x internet speed is half or less than it should be

My 6x I just got yesterday only runs 19 to 30 mbps, while everything else runs at least 70mbps on our wifi. I don't want to switch the phone over if I can't fix it. My old Galaxy S5 runs 72mbps. My wife's Honor8 runs in the 70's, even my 5 year old's cheap tablet does. Huawei support isn't any help,they're clueless. The lady told me it was because the 6x is only a dual core processor (I know it's an octa-core, but that's what she insisted). Power save modes are turned off, nothing seems to...
