Need help importing Sg5 history and bookmarks to laptop or email

I need to import history and bookmarks from SG5 to computer, email, or my new smartphone.

I need each bookmark and history link to be listed as a dynamic link that I can use.

I lost an important gmail email after the draft was accidentally discarded, I need to recover that I'm formation from history and hopefully learn how to do it next time.
