Help! Which photo quality is better?

Hi. May I ask for professional advice on photo quality! There are two smartphone devices. (Should I not tell their brand and model first) If camera quality come to priority, which one is better? I have 2 photos taken by each under the same condition. They are both 8-million pixel resolution. However, one photo is likely more natural, while the other one is likely more sharp and bright.
