[GUIDE] How do I use custom sounds in Timely?

Hi everyone!

I got the idea for this guide because I just spent about half a day finding a solution to this problem...

I love Timely. It's one of the best designed Android Apps up till now in my opinion... But one thing has blocked me from using it: I can't use my own custom ringtones/alarm sounds. I tried every setting, decompiling the apk, adding ringtones in the ringtone folder but alas...

But then, after a lot of hit-and-miss... I finally succeeded!

As I couldn't find any...
