Question about installing other country firmare

I got a Galaxy S5 SM-900A White At&t (Unlocked) and I want to know if its possible to install
a firmware for SM-900F so it can be with Bulgarian Language.

I got this one.
And want to install this one.
Do you think it can brick the phone ?
