Not supporting 4G LTe network

Hi Rob i have samsung galaxy j1 2016 J120h i see the specifications of the phone it was 4g lte phone but now when i use there is no 4g lte network option i will try the number *#*#4636#*#* but it is not working in my device please give the solution of the problem.
