Oppo N1 - Network Issues

Hello Guys,
first I want to warn you, I'm from Germany so my english isnt the best.

I am a proud owner of a Oppo N1 (Cyanogenmod-Edition), but as you can read in the title I have some issues with the mobile network.
I live in a little City in Germany and I just get "GPRS" instead of "HSDPA", well I talked to my provider but they told me that there are no problems with my Internet Flatrate.

I dont know what to do, I played around with the options in the settings, my preferred Nettype...
