Moto X Force possible charging issue.

The last couple of days I've put my moto x force on the original turbo charger & it will say 47 minutes until full when it's at 15% normally it would say 1 hour & so many minutes. When I use a portable charger it gives me the correct time until fully charged which is normally about 3 hours.

Although last night GSam said 8 hours until full while my phone said 1 hour & 5 mins then it shot down to 47 minutes. How can I get the phone to calculate the correct time until full? I've tried...
