Magellan Roadmate 5430-LM GPS Repair

Is anyone here able to restore a Magellan Roadmate Roadmate 5430-LM GPS?

I think the hardware is fine, but one or more files may have become corrupted.

I used the 5430T-LM and it worked fine. I arrived at my destination, turned off the GPS and unplugged it from the power source.
