RAW photos on S7 have red and green rings

Does anyone else have this problem? When you open a Raw file, you can see a halo of red and green around edges of picture. Not apparent on Jpg's, only the Raw Image. PLEASE HELP, very annoying, makes using Pro settings useless. Please help, can this be corrected through software? Wife's S7 has same issues, so can't imagine others don't notice this?
