LG g3 green screen TZ Crash!

My LG g3 crashed yesterday. I get a green screen with the message TZ Crash! DemiGod Crash Handler: TZ Crash! I've searched online and haven't found much help. Obviously, I need a new phone but want to be able to access my data to transfer it. I can get it to come back to life VERY briefly by taking out the battery and putting it back in to power up. Sometimes works, other times it takes me into a reboot loop, other times I get the green screen again. I also took out the SIM card...
