car multimedia problem

hi, my mum recently got her new toyota rav4, her and I have been trying to connect her phone to her car via car multimedia, it connects, but it doesn't transfer all the contacts over bluetooth, it only transfer's her number and one of her friends number, could anyone have a solution to this? thanks
