Should i switch from the S7 Edge to Pixel 2 XL? Can you give me personal reasons as to why?

Hello everyone.

Despite the Google Pixel 2\Pixel 2 XL losing some essential features, such as the headphone jack which is major letdown for many, i figured it wouldn't matter much to myself since i don't have any good quality earphones to utilize in the 1st place and frankly i don't want to rely on them too much, especially since i would much rather have two front facing stereo speakers (said earphones btw, cause noticeable discomfort in my ears or just help me progressively lose my earing...

Should i switch from the S7 Edge to Pixel 2 XL? Can you give me personal reasons as to why?
