iPhone to Pixel

I have an iPhone 6 that's pretty slowed down now, so I need a new phone and I'm between a 8+, the X or the Pixel 2 XL. I'm really liking the Apple Health App , I don't have the Apple Watch but I do use my OMRON blood pressure that syncs to the health app and Ilike the steps tracking in it as well. What I'm wondering is there an app like the Apple Health App on Android that'll sync my blood pressure results and track them as well as my steps per day all in one place effortlessly?
