Lte function for samsung note edge N915L

Hello guys...i have a samsung note edge N915L...currently having a 6.0.1 android marshmallow. Updated last aug 2017... unfortunately i can't use the lte function even though i have 4g sim card. What can i do? Please help? View attachment 5369
