Should I flash a Custom ROM on a Galaxy s7

Dear community,
I have owned a galaxy s7 since the summer of 2016, and I was wondering if it was a considerable option to flash a custom ROM since I am experiencing the following issues:
-Internal storage almost full with only 9 apps installed by me (I have already Factory Reset-ed 2 times but it persists, and I also clear the cache frequently)
-frequent lag and unresponsiveness ( takes a very long time to open settings for example)
-inability to open certain apps like twitter without them...

Should I flash a Custom ROM on a Galaxy s7
