Trouble with WiFi and Bluetooth

Has anyone using the v30 having problems with WiFi and Bluetooth auto turns off?

It annoyed the crap out of me. I thought it's because of the smart home settings, so I turned everything off. But the problem persists. It's as frequent as I just manually turned on the wifi, and it would turn off automatically in a bit. Not disconnect but actually turns off.

I hope in the future software update would address this, but also seeking solution right now.
