Project Fi SIM card not recognized on Nexus 5x

Sent my Nexus 5x for a repair vacation in Texas to resolve to bootloop issue.

I removed the SIM before sending it off. When it got back and inserted the Project Fi SIM it was not longer recognized.

My data SIM is recognized.

Any ideas
