Can't Send Messages to iPhone Users

I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 about 2 weeks ago and switching from an iPhone. I'm having problems with sending text messages to iphone users since they can't receive my messages. But I can receive theirs, I can call them and also send MMS. I've deactivated my iMessage and deregistered my phone number too. I've cleared network settings too, but for some reason they are not receiving any of my text messages. Message status says Sent though. Any help would be appreciated to get this...
